I want to create a billboard on my web site and don't know how to position a
graphic exactly without using layers. www.themilliondollarhomepage.com did
this. As I can't write code, the 'source view' didn't help much. All I want
is a header (masthead) and then all the graphics. Can anyone help?

Yes - where are you wanting to position the graphic?

All over the page under the Masthead (header). The whole page would be
filled with pictures/ads

I have no idea what you are trying to describe, since I cannot see your page
or its underlying code. Can you help me visualize what you are trying to
achieve?

The milliondollarhomepage image is one solid image, that has been made into
an image map, using hot spots for the individual links.

http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/

This (the above url) is a perfect example. My web site (a friends actually)
doesn't contain this billboard page yet. I'm trying to build one to add to
her site.

That is very helpful, how do you find out how to make an image map? I read
the hotspot info and it appears easy enough.

That's one giant photomontage and the links are hotspots.

An image map is simply the term used for the picture. You take the main
picture and create the hotspots on it.

Now, if you're trying to create a main image from several different ones,
you would use an image/graphics editor to bind them together.

Thank you all, but I don't think that is going to work then. Appreciate all
your help.
