I am trying to build a web page for Ebay. I need to know how to make a
larger picture from a small picture preferrably in the same brouser.
Currently I use a new brouser to open a larger version.

Pictures don't upscale well in browsers. Your best bet would be to have two
different pictures, previously sized in your graphics app.
