    - Create a database to store form results I'm creating my web site on my PC first. I will look for hosting once my web site is finished. I try to create a feedback page with ebay style, that means that people would leave positive or neutral or negative rating and leave a comment. Then this input would go into a database and from that, I could calculate the percent of positive feedback and display it. I have 2 questions. 1) Is there something on the web that could guide me on how to do this feedback form and result form ? 2) if not, I can try to do it myself, no problem.     - Removing a form/database from a website or editing it? I recently created a website in which I used the database interfacce wizard in Frontpage to create a form a conjoined database in which to store the information. When I set it up, I included a login to protect the database. Well unfortunately I protected the form as well, resulting in the need for a person to login to complete the form. Not exactly what I had in mind. Is there a way to alter it so that the form can be accessed outside the login protection, but have the database remain protected.     - include virtual I have a site on a virtual server that uses page includes. I need the web pages that are in sub-folders to be able to retrieve the top navigation bar as a page include without having to copy all of my menu bar files to each sub-folder for it to work. On one of my websites on a different server I used the "include virtual" script tag to call the page include and it works, but for some reason it isn't working on my virtual server site.     - Form Problems - Please Help I have a problem with a form that I created. I am hoping that someone can help me figure it out. I have about 8 form fields, of which 7 are required. When you hit submit on the form you are suppose to be redirected to a confirmation page which will recap the fields with directions. Then an email with all of the field names and data should be sent via email. The following is happening, however: 1) No validation of required fields. When you hit submit, even with no data inserted, it allows the submission to go through. This should not be allowed. It is ignoring any validation or minimum character sets. 2) Even with data entered and clicking submit, there is still an issue where there is no results data in the confirmation page nor is there data next to the field names in the email body. I have played around with things a bunch, but nothing has worked.     - help accessing a database through my web page I have a small database I use to keep track of the people that work for me (about 200). They work all over the region and are divided into a few work groups. I need to know every day that they are working where they are supposed to. Having each of these people call me is not the way I would prefer to muster them. My ideal solution is to make this database information available available on my command's web page. They would be able to log onto the web page and click in a box to tell me what they are working on (i.e. report 1, report 2, project 1, etc...) Since this database has some personal info in it (SSN's, etc..) a password would be needed. I am an intermediate user with a little knowledge and the tricky part as I see it is getting the info on the web page to update my database in real time. I use MS Frontpage for my Web Page. Do you think this is even possible? I don't want to waste my time if it's not. Maybe you in the group won't mind giving me your opinion on this project.     - Adding callbacks to pushbuttons By the subject of my query you might notice that I formerly used X/Motif. I am not a newbie to software, only to FrontPage (and HTML). For the life of me I cannot see a way to add a callback (function, subroutine, whatever) to a pushbutton. I started with the "Banner and Contents" frames page. I want to have a row of pushbuttons in the top frame and a column of pushbuttons in the left frame. Except for every other time I am saving and publishing a new or old web page on one of my sites, the contents within the <title> tags for the doc completely disappear!     - Frontpage Crashes Opening Pages with "Include pages" Frontpage 2000 OS = WinXp Home & Windows 2000 Workstation (multiple machines) Server = (Multiple) UNIX Virtual Hosts and Local Machine Issue: When attempting to open *.html files with  (Include pages), the application crashes to the desktop with no error message. fields I want. But 1 field called Rating has the values : 1 or 0 or -1.
Instead of displaying these values, I would like that it displays a small
icon (I made them already) showing a plus sign or a circle or a minus sign.
How can I change a value of a field in a icon ?
