If I have "Changed pages only" option selected in the publishing options I
get a 550 'xxxxxx': permission denied error when I try to publish my web
site.

This did not occurr until my dsl service changed the isp from gnat.net to
pstel.net

I suspect something on the Host ftp server causing this but they must sub
their hosting out because their tech support is clueless.

Anyone have suggestions?

Dean

Possibly a firewall issue.

My firewall (NAT Router) or the host/ISP?

Your firewall. Your ISP's firewall, maybe.
