Greetings,

I cannot access my personal web server,

Can anyone tell me how to put it back into my system, or run Front Page with
out it!

I am currently using Office 2000 Premium with Office Xp on Windows Xp Pro

If you're running XP Pro, you should not have Personal Web Server installed
at all. XP Pro comes with IIS. Just install it from the Windows CD.
