Login files

I show video's of Meetings. I would like to somehow require
the viewer to sign in to see the video. Or, perhaps require
an account then a password to get to view the meetings. I
want to try and get a handle on who's using the service.
Any Idea's on where to start?

Depends on your Host OS and what they support
- will require a database and server side coding
