    - last modified date isn't updated after publishing I just published changes to my site on the web. My changes are visible on the web, but the last modified date showed an old date.     - Music on web site In the past, I have placed music on my web site using *.ram and a *.rm files. The *.ram file is a metafile created by a text editor and the *ram file is created by Real Producer. I am finding that music produced this way is taking too long to buffer and stopped several times while playing in order for more music to buffer. Is there a better way to do this? If so, how?     - help with code! Hello! The scenario: I have a .asp page that contains a form with a database results component. The database result is a query that will return cercain amount of records from an access database. The question: How can I make the form to show different buttons depending on the amount of records returned by the query? In other words, if the query returns no records I need to show BUTTON_A; if the query returns 1 record I need to show BUTTON_B; if the query returns 2 records I need to show BUTTON_C and so on...     - Forms Hello All, It seems that forms are the most popular request and problem here in these newsboards so I will continue the fun. I have created four forms and all of them work fine by e-mailing the results to a e-mail address as programmed.     - Form script Hi! I changed from a server extensions supported webserver to one without having the extensions installed. In frontpage 2000 there's an option to include form collected data on a html page. For example, after a user fills in a name on a form, the confirmation form can start with something like "hi [name]" Now, the forms are handled by an ASP script that doesn't understand that Frontpage function. Is there a way to have the submitted form data to be published on a new confirmation page so the user can see what he/she sent away? I'm new to scripts.     - How can a popup window update to the parent window that opened it? One one of my pages has a search button that, when clicked, opens a popup window with the search form.     - Date Validation - Allow BLANK date (ASP) Hi. I am having trouble allowing my users to leave the date field of my table blank. I have no trouble, with the other fields, just the fields that are designated as "Date/Time" fields in the database. I have set the "Required" property to "No" in the proper table. In the form, data have to be selected from a drop down menu, and as I do not want the first value to be selected, I have selected "Disallow first item " in the "validate" window. On the confirmation page, there is a form with one drop down box and based on the users option/choice they are directed to a 3rd page. When I complete the first form it goes to the confirmation page.     - .Need a Frontpage replacement for feedback forms Hi, I have a website that I constructed about a week ago and the website has been far more popular then I expected about 800 visits in 1 week. According to my Stats I've used up over 450MB of bandwidth already and only allowed 750mb per month. I've gone back and recompressed by JPEG pictures to make them smaller in file size from anaverage compression of 15% to 50%. But I don't think this will be enough. So I've copied the site to the free webspace that comes with my ADSL ISP Account and FTPed a copy across and want to put a redirect to that page. However everything in the site will work as inthe original BUT the Feedback forms and Ihave about 8 of them (all exactly the same just on different pages) Can I either use a replacement for the frontpage feedback form that will work on a non Frontpage server (as is the case with my ISP) or include the feedback part of the form within any of the 8 pages that use it but have it reference the original site? Ideally I'd like to replace these multiple copies f the forms anyway, and perhaps stick them in a database or something, but right now my priority is to get the bandwidth down. to have a website that has link bar buttons when you hover
over them with the mouse that a subdirectory opens that
has a list of all the subsequent pages that that page
links to. A dropdown or sideways subdirectory that opens
showing visitors the contents of the site is what I am
looking for. I have the links currently based off of the
navigation structure right now, and all I want is to make
it so that you can see what pages the link buttons go to
while the site is live on the web. Thanks and any
suggestions or advice will help!

It sounds like you want to create a dymamic menu.

This is a not part of FP 2002, you can create a dynamic
menu with FP 03, but it is a little more difficult.

In FP 2002, you will need a DHTML / Java Script, which
you can find at Dynamic Drive:
