Using FrontPage 2002, I created two new pages for my
site: www.cbnosf.org While in Navigation view, I right
clicked and added the new pages to the navigation
structure. The vertical link bars are in a shared
border. The added link bars contain an error box and
fail to use the active graphics that work for the other
link bars. The bars do link to the correct pages, they
just don't look like I want. Specific bars: "Lasallian
Schools" on that page: "Lasallian Award

Can someone help me?

Your site does not appear the have the FP SE, and custom themes applied to nav bars require the FP 2002 SE on your hosted site
You also need to upload the hidden folder named _derived and _themes
