In Microsoft FrontPage 2002, under Page Properties>Background, you have an
option to "Enable hyperlink rollover effects."

Is it possible to use "rollover effect" with buttons that are hyperlinks?

If so, how?

If they are your images you need to use JavaScript

If they are from a theme / nav bars the "rollovers" are applied using the theme options
