I just replaced my old computer - have everything moved over. I have hover
buttons on this one web site, but FP2002 will not display the buttons on
this new computer, just a small red x.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing.

Many thanks.

You are missing the Java engine that is required not only for you, but for
everyone visiting your site. It's a good idea not to use hover buttons,
because of this (the Java engine was removed from Windows distributions in
setllement of the suit by Sun Microsystems some years ago).

You can replace these buttons with interactive buttons (which are javascript
based, not Java based) and which are completely safe to use, or you can even
just use simple image swaps on those buttons (which is really all that an
interactive button is anyhow). Which you use would depend on which version
of FP you have (I'm not sure FP2002 had 'behaviors').

Thanks,

Time to replace those with one of your suggestions.
