    - Stored Proc use in Database Results Wizard Hello. I am trying to use the database results wizard with a stored procedure that happens to use some temp tables in its execution.     - FP2003 - Form / Query Problem Hi Im new to this so please bear with me ...... I have created a form in FP 2003 which adds records to an .mdb file. When the user submits the form, I want the confirmation page to show not only the detail that has been submitted but also the record number, user name and IP address of the users computer. I decided (rightly or wrongly) that the best option would be to put a basic query onto the confirmation page which shows the latest record added for that user or IP, thus showing the user what he had just added and also giving him a record number should he need to chase his request. The problem is, I do not seem to be able to retrieve the user name at all. This is not even posted when the user submits the form even though I have requested the user name. The IP address is added, so I wanted the query to compare the current users IP address with that of the records in the file, thereby displaying to the user the latest record for his IP. I cannot however figure out how to retrieve the IP address from the users computer to compare against the database records.     - FP 2003 applet preview does not work -- why downgrade? I have spent literally hours trying to find how to get FP 2003 preview mode to properly display. Finally, I found KB 323236, which says YOU CAN'T. This was also a problem in FP 2002, and MS didn't fix it. I am glad I still have a copy of FP 2000 to reinstall after removing FP 2003. My question is: why downgrade to Office 2003 components that don't work when Office 2000 components have more functionality. I am sick of MS garbage that does not work as advertised, and they know it and yet we still have to "eat the dogfood." DO I GET A REFUND for purchasing this fraudulent and defective software?     - Link bar with subdirectories I am trying to figure out how to in MS Frontpage 2002 how to have a website that has link bar buttons when you hover over them with the mouse that a subdirectory opens that has a list of all the subsequent pages that that page links to.     - Music on web site In the past, I have placed music on my web site using *.ram and a *.rm files. The *.ram file is a metafile created by a text editor and the *ram file is created by Real Producer. I am finding that music produced this way is taking too long to buffer and stopped several times while playing in order for more music to buffer. Is there a better way to do this? If so, how?     - help with code! Hello! The scenario: I have a .asp page that contains a form with a database results component. The database result is a query that will return cercain amount of records from an access database. The question: How can I make the form to show different buttons depending on the amount of records returned by the query? In other words, if the query returns no records I need to show BUTTON_A; if the query returns 1 record I need to show BUTTON_B; if the query returns 2 records I need to show BUTTON_C and so on...     - Form script Hi! I changed from a server extensions supported webserver to one without having the extensions installed. In frontpage 2000 there's an option to include form collected data on a html page. For example, after a user fills in a name on a form, the confirmation form can start with something like "hi [name]" Now, the forms are handled by an ASP script that doesn't understand that Frontpage function.     - How can a popup window update to the parent window that opened it? One one of my pages has a search button that, when clicked, opens a popup window with the search form. When that form gets submitted I need it to close the popup window and submit its data to the parent window that opened the popup.     - Date Validation - Allow BLANK date (ASP) Hi. I am having trouble allowing my users to leave the date field of my table blank. I have no trouble, with the other fields, just the fields that are designated as "Date/Time" fields in the database. I have set the "Required" property to "No" in the proper table. In the form, data have to be selected from a drop down menu, and as I do not want the first value to be selected, I have selected "Disallow first item " in the "validate" window.     - JRE2 with MS FrontPage 2000 I have installed Java 2RE (1.4.2) on my w2k Pc for web interface to one of the HP OpenView product. I have my corporate intranet site. With this J2RE I don't see icons on my intranet site. But if I disable Java using IE5.5- >Tools->Internet Options->Advance, I can see. Our Intranet designers have used MS FrontPage 2000. Made hotspots within my page in FP 03...wondering if it's possible to add
