Help on site please.

Is there anything I can do that when my website homepage loads, some kind
of refresh to the page, to 'whole page' which would remove a title banner
add
on my site.
Current I have created a button for my members to click on, hyperlink
as 'homepage.htm and set as whole page which removes
the banner and makes the hompage the whole size of IE browser.

Any code which can do this on page load.....
