Help!!! Database Results

Using Access 2000 with FP2003. I have a results field established on web
site form, and works correctly. What I want to accomplish is I want to be
able to select a userid (in drop down box) and upon selection be transfered
(hyperlink?) to a specific/unique web page. Example: I select JoeDoe001
from dropdown list. I want it to hyperlink to JoeDoe001's web page upon
selection. This is all too common for it not to have an answer :-) I am
just looking crosseyed at it. I am not sure which area to start looking to
fix this problem. I can be emailed directly at pba-rookie@satx.rr.com and
