Hi all.

Does anyone know if you can send a web page via email
(and HTML email) all layed out with graphics, and have
the receiving end see the entire layout (graphics and
all) when they are not on-line. In other words, can you
send an HTML email and have the person see text and
graphics when they open the email without them being on
line. Thanks!!

Yes.
Use Outlook Express set to compose in HTML to create the web page / email.
When the email is sent Outlook Express creates 1 monolithic binary file with the images embedded.
