HIGHLIGHT SPOTS ON AN ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN

I have a architectural site plan. There are 20 different thumbnail floor
plans on one graphic. The graphic is black lines (floor plans) on a white
background. I would like to when you mouse over each thumbnail floor plan, it
highlights with a color. Then when you click on that thumbnail floor plan
(which is highlighted with color) it will hyperlink to a more detailed
floorplan.

Is this possible?

You can not change just a part of an image color
You would need to dice up the image into 20 pieces and use on mouse click and over Behaviors

Stefan, Thanks for your time but that willl not work for this site plan. The
individual floor plans are of different size and shape and do not line up.

How about making each floor plan thumbnail a individual image, then you can use Stefan suggestion,
otherwise you will not be able to do this.
