Frontpage tables and borders

I have tables set up on several pages. I have some of them that I want to
show a border and some that I don't. In Explorere my set up works fine. In
Netscape it is all over the place. I have tried to go through and not show
any borders at all by Netscape still has its own ideas. Any ideas?
