Shared borders will add only the code and mark-up between the <body>
and </body> tags to the pages using the shared borders. Anything in
the <head> or <body> tag itself will NOT be transferred to the pages.
If ImageReady includes any script in the <head> section, or anything
in the <body> tag these must be manually copied to the pages using the
shared border. Also note that any links within the script must be
absolute or root relative, since FrontPage will not manage any links
contained in script.
