I keep trying to place a new background on my web pages, but it keeps coming
up with:

Server error: Invalid character in web name "/C/Documents and settings/My
Documents/My Webs":(0x27)

Does anyone know what is the problem?

I am running Office 2000 premium with Office Xp, I have tried to uninstall
them but for some reason Front Page cannot be removed!

Can anyone help please!

How are you entering this path? Manually? Or by browsing to the file?

And if that is the path, no one will see it once published
File Import the image into your FP web/site and then Browse to it from the FP dialog

Open a FP web/site - looks like you are using the folder My Webs

K, when I open by right clicking and accessing the page properties, now when
I'm in here I notice that there is no background site linking to my current
background. I then select a new background and then when I accpet it it
will not appear, then when I try and save it it comes up with the error msg
as stated before!

Should I delete Xp Pro and reinstall it?

K, All the pics for mybackgrounds are in my images file within my webs,

I thought that if I removed Xp pro & service pak II and then reinstall that
would fix the problem, or removing and reinstalling Office?
