Error message when attempting to publish

Hi everyone, I would be grateful for any assistance.

When trying to publish updated pages using fp2002, in the right hand panel
of the Publish Web dialog box (which normally shows the list of files on the
server) there is just one file name which reads: "README: your files are not
missing"

Then when I try to publish a page there is an error message saying: "550
(NameOfPage).html Permission denied"

Some pages need to be updated urgently so does anyone have any advice to
help me?
