When setting the hyperlink properties, click on the Email
icon in the lower left hand portion of the dialog box.

Type your email address.

I use FP 2000, but I'm sure the process is the same in
2002. Right-click on the button and select "Hyperlink"
which will open a "Create Hyperlink" window. Go down to
the "URL box and enter the following:
mailto:youremailaddresshere
for example:
mailto:bob@myisp.com

If you want to get fancy, you can also set this code to
insert specific information into the subject line of the
email by adding the following:
?subject=fillindesiredsubjectlinehere

so the full URL will now read:
mailto:bob@myisp.com?subject=fillindesiredsubjectlinehere

Then click "OK" and you should be set. Good luck!
