Does FP 2003 offer Dynamic html? and if so will it work
in Internet Explorer? Once I apply it should it be
visible to all? and if not then what could the problem
be? thanks for all your help!!

Hi Lisa,
yes FP2003 has layers and behaviours, which you can use to create some nice
DHTML effects. Did you have something specific in mind?
