Creating pop-ups

I can't find any info on working with pop-up windows. How
do you create a pop-up in Front Page? I want to create a
pop-up upon entry to my site requesting each visitor to
sign up for my free newsletter.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

Use a standard JavaScript popup.
Use Spawn addin from http://www.jimcoaddins.com/

PS
Windows XP SP 2 will block auto load popup
