Hi, to all,

Is there a way to connect to my database that is
outside my "public" directory with FP2003 ?
My "public" directory on my domain is the
place where i should upload all my files to
including the database. However i would
like to place my .mdb file in the 'Databases' directory
that is outside the 'public' dir.
I would like to know how to 'tell' FP that my .mdb
file is not in the FPDB dir. within the site. I figured
it should be do-able by editing the global.asa file
but i do not know how or what to edit to make it work.
Thanks many times in advance,

Arthur

Check w/ your host if they support DSN
- if one is assigned you can add it In Tools Site Settings Database

I do have 2 DSN's availabe but can't seem to figure
out how to integrate them into frontpage in Database
Settings.
I can only use FTP to publish/upload my website

Thanks.
