Compare and synchronise Database files

I have two web sites both using the same datbase and both are accessed by a
different group of people.

What I need to be able to do is synchronise the two Acess Database files to
automatically update the one with the oldest 'date and time of modified' so
as to keep both files mirrored. This would obviously need to be a regular
background process

I think that was the best way to explain the issue.
