Building a Drop-down Menu Using JavaScript/Cascade

ISSUE: Build a Drop-down Menu Using JavaScript/Casscade=20

I attempted to apply this (see below) within FrontPage=20
2000; however, halfway finished with the example=20
instructions I'm unable to understand were the author is=20
going. Results - confusion and unable to apply.

The question is it me or is this not compatible with=20
FrontPage 2000?

Is there a compatible program source elsewhere, etc.?

It's all JavaScript and CSS, so the version of FP does not matter
