    - Help needed with event registration form/PayPal/Email results Hi folks, I'm trying to create a registration form for an event my client is hosting and I'm having a bit of a problem. I'm hoping someone can help out here. Ideally the flow should look like this: 1. User fills out the form 2. Validation (obviously) 3. When validated the form is submitted to email 4. The user is redirected to PayPal to pay for the registration fee (and any associated costs for rooms, etc.) I'd rather not deal with database integration at this point since it would mean something else I need to learn before the job gets done. I'd like to use the webbot for submitting the form by email (or some other behind the scenes mailing, although I don't know what I would use). What I can't figure out is how to get the PayPal redirect working. Is there a way to pass the variables that PayPal needs to the confirmation page and use the confirmation page as a form for PayPal? Is there a way to have one page submit to both the webbot and to PayPal? I am using FrontPage 2002. I know my server has php and ASP capabilities, but I've never used them before.     - ASPX I need to make a custom E-mail form. I am complete beginner with ASP. I found 2 examples of form. One has the extension .ASP and the other .ASPX (developped with ASP .NET). I can preview locally the .ASP form in Internet Explorer but not with .ASPX (it shows the source code instead), why ?     - Generating an automated email message Here is what I am envisioning. The user completes a small html form (7 fields) and upon clicking the submit button, I would like an email generated to a distribution group containing both the data entered on the html form along with other information the recipient requires. If the ability was there to email a confirmation page, that would be awesome. The Email Results functionality in FP does not help me in the issue. Let me through another piece into this scenario. If I choose to use an asp page to store the data on my sql server, am I able to also email a confirmation page to a distribution group. Of course, I am open to other suggestions as well. Help...     - FrontPage error on form that sends email I have a weired issue. I have a form that 6 textboxes 5 which are required 1 is not. The form captures the user data and sends it to me by email. The form can be viewed at www.reef-log.com/product_activation.htm This form sends an email when the send request button is pressed to keyrequest@reef-log.com. This form works on the machine that I develop my website on, but it will not work on any other machine I test it on it simply says FrontPage Error User please report details to this sites webmaster.     - Opening & closing pdfs now To whom it may concern, Example: I opened a web site. I click on a linked pdf. The pdf opens. I want to go back to the web site. I close the pdf. It does not go back to the web site, but it closes that web site. If I use the back button, it does go back to that web site. I would like for it to go back to the web site when I close the pdf.     - Database Navigation buttons not centered In Frontpage 2003, in the "Database results region", 4 buttons are inserted at the last row of the table to navigate in the database. The problem is that they are displayed at the top of the cell, they are not centered vertically in the cell. I tried to change that in the cell properties but nothing changed on internet browser.     - Shorter format for Date field from Access Hi, I'm using Frontpage 2002, Access 2002 and IIS 5.1 on my workstation. In the database I have a Date/Time field that I will present in a shorter format in Frontpage. I can't find another way to do it except with a SQL-statement.     - Page Size Good Afternoon I use FP 2003. The actual pages on the site are standard size. Rather than have it align left, I have centered the pages to have a border left and right. On some of the pages, however, I have a scroll bar at the bottom, which I neither need nor like. How can I get rid of the scroll bar? How do I reduce the page size or whatever I need to do.... ?     - Cd based FrontPage sites I currently have a FrontPage Website based on a CD which we give to employees who want to work from home. The CD-based site takes them through the steps of RAS, ICA, VPN, OWA in the familiar website environment. We have since switched to SharePoint (WWS).     - using an excel worksheet with sql statement and frontpage Ok, im sure this is the most basic thing for you guys to answer but it has me completely stuffed.     - Create a database to store form results I'm creating my web site on my PC first. I will look for hosting once my web site is finished. I try to create a feedback page with ebay style, that means that people would leave positive or neutral or negative rating and leave a comment. Then this input would go into a database and from that, I could calculate the percent of positive feedback and display it. I get it working, but everytime I make a small change to the form page
and re-upload it returns the following:

web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you
publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server
Extensions installed.
