When using a drop-down list (300+ entries populated by field in an Access database) is it possible to have an autofill feature?
This one has had me stumped for months and I cannot find anything in Frontpage Help on it.

Thanks!

Judi

Hi Judi B.

The question sounds like you already know this, when you create the DRW in
the fourth step select the drop down option to create the drop down. So what
do you mean by "autofill"

Thanks Mike -

I may be referring incorrectly to a feature which *used to be known as typeahead. Example:

1) User clicks into a drop down box containing a list of categories, alphabetically indexed
2) User types "Law" and list box scrolls to "Lawyer" immediately, rather than user having to scroll down the list to "Lawyer", as
it's the only "Law" word in the list.

Hope that helps to further define what I'm seeking - Thanks again Mike!

Judi,

That does not exist in standard HTML form controls.

Mike,

Thanks for the response anyway - guess I'll just have to fix that :)
