    - Error in "Preview" only When I use the below script to ensure that new windows open maximized I get an error in Preview. Running in browser locally and on the server works fine. Also, if I click "Yes" or "No" on the error box the error goes away and it continues on fine after that. The reason I am using this is that I have a small popup window that is onloaded from the index page when entering the site. When I link to another page from the menu bar (after closing the popup) it comes up the same size as the popup. The code below fixes this but causes a javascript error in "preview" when I'm using Frontpage (2003). The URL on the error message is "file://C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir\pvw1.htm" and it says "Access is denied" Code 0. Maybe there is some way to return the screen size to maximized after the popup is closed??? Any ideas would be appreciated.     - Running VBA from a .htm page? Hello. As you'll see very quickly I am not a web programmer. One of my co-workers uses front page to create an intraweb site for the company. I wrote some code in vba that will open a word document and print specific pages from it. However, I mistakenly assumed that it would run like other vba modules (excel, word, etc.) and allow me to place a button on the page that will kick off my sub-routines. If it can do this, I would greatly appreciate someone telling me what I am missing. If not... how do I go about running macros in vba from a web page? Maybe I'm looking at it incorrectly. I split it up into 10 records per page, so FP added the navigation bar at the bottom so viewers can get to the next page of data.     - Double-clicking image in 2003 Using FP 2003 I remember double-clicking on an image to open it up in my photoeditor for editing. Now when I double-click an image that doesn't happen.     - Java script timer and ticker conflicting I've managed to get some code from DynamicDrive.com to create both a ticker and a count down timer on my web page. The problem is that although both work independently, when both of them are on the page only one will work (and that is the one lowest down on the page). I know very little about javascript but I reckon it's something to do with document.write - perhaps the last function overwrites the first one? Maybe completely wrong...... Anyone any ideas?     - Form using database data so it cant be sent via email.? Hi All, I have two problems that im hoping you can help with. I have an Access database that im able to queury fine into a form . THe user is typing in a product number so that it populates certain areas of the form i.e Product Description , lead time, Buyer etc , then the user fills the rest of the required data and should click SEND so that the form goes to relevant people in buying dept. And I'm not really all that concerned w/ seeing what the result of the code would be in the preview area. What I WOULD like to see is the code 'color coded'. ie, begining and end of tags, etc. Like you would see in a program editer. Kind of like what it does w/ HTML coding.     - FP auto-creating www folder I've switched to a windows server w/ FP SE, from a unix server. In loading my site, FP is now auto-creating a www folder (which it didn't create when uploading to the unix server). It prevents *all but* the index.html *text* from displaying. No other pages display because the url has a www subdirectory inserted by FP that should not be there, and has put all my site's folder into it.     - making a submit link I have a web site, the second page is a "contact us" page where clients fill out questions, name, address, phone and comments, things like that, then they hit the "submit" button, it then is suppose to take them to a conformation page and then send me the information. Now the link between the conformation page and the submit button is broke, and it keeps getting broke, I have fixed it once by shrear luck on a trail and error bases. but now I can't get it to work again. can someone out there give me a hand with this problem???     - Problem with new automatic download for Frontpage 2000 Yesterday when I opened my Frontpage I received notification of new programing for e-business tools. I accepted the update, and installed it. A screen came up asking me to redownload the programing. I did so. And try to reinstall the programing. I got a message about conflits with other parts of mysystem. It was not a clean installation. I opened front page and nothing would work and my computer froze. Fortunatley I have an early down load so I reinstalled it and everthing again worked just fine. Rebotted computer and again got the offer of new programing. Took the programing. This time when the screen came up asking me to redown load it a second time I did not. With the new programing frontpage and my whole computer froze. I restarted my computer and reinstalled the same older programing. Again frontpage is working. Has anyone else had problems with the recently offered e-business tool upgrades. If you display email addresses, even those that are retrieved from a DB, a web worm can go in and get them, and BAM mass spam email.     - PHP iCalendar Meeting Request [ This may be the wrong forum, but I don't know where else to ask this. If I'm wrong, pleases direct me to a better location ] I am using the PHP iCalendar to display my schedule published from my CRM program. One thing that is severely lacking is the ability to have a client send a meeting request from the site. Now it doesn't have to be fancy, or make use of an iCal file / ics format, jsut a simple message form that could give them the ability to fill out a form requesting a specific appointment. Any ideas?     - Converting HTML to CSS I have a page designed in FrontPage. I want to use it as a template to design all the other pages in the web site. I also would like to be able to use that template as a master page, so when I make changes the format of that page all the other pages in my web will follow suit. Like, if I added a picture to the master page, the picture would show up in all the other pages. I understand you can link from your site pages to a CSS page, but I'm not versed in CSS language.     - Front Page Data base result content not shown for some web pages HI All, We are porting FrontPage 98 applications with database access via Access 97, and hosted on NT4.0, worked great for several years. Web pages will display data results searching the access data base a the IIS sever. We edit the application on Front PAge 2003, and ported the DB to Access 2003, and publish to Windows 2003 svr IIS6, running ASP. We did not update the Database results, and run them as it is. many web pages worked fine, will show the result of the DB serach. However, they are also 1/3 of the pages will not show the content of the data. It does show the table. something is not right. Microsoft KB seems to suggest moving to ASP.NET which will change all the pages, at least the fileextension. Then look at the code there to see how it was done (since it is called
calender.asp, I assume it contains a calender).
