Sorry to be a pain again. I have just bought a domain name and am now
trying to set everything up - i.e. web site and email. What I can't fathom
is how to input the Primary and Secondary DNS server details they have given
me. Please help.

If you registered your domain at the same place where you signed up for
your hosting account,
the DNS info "should" already be entered for you.

If not, your hosting company "should" have a "Domain Manager" section
where you log in with
your domain manager password. That would be where you go to enter the
information.

My hosting company provided the answer by email; use http:// as well as
disabling Norton. They were very helpful and I would recomment Netcetera.
Thanks for yoour reply.
