Go to http://validator.w3.org/
Type in the address for your website in the form http://www.example.com
or use the upload or direct input tabs.
Click Check button

Or do you mean "How do I fix the errors reported by the w3c validator?"

It depends on how you made it, with mine I just fixed a few errors.. but
then I didn't use any bots apart from forms and includes....

a url is needed.
