    - Strange corner suddenly appearing... not sure what caused it.. HELP I am the volunteer webmaster for http://www.isdar.org/ I just noticed that on the "WELCOME" page (index.html) page, in the left corner, above the word "WELCOME" I suddenly have a little white line that is appearing. I also have a white (or light silver?) line that is appearing above the gray border (above "WELCOME".) If you go to this page - http://www.isdar.org/membership.htm and probably all of the rest of the pages, I have a tacky dark grey line that suddenly appeared, along with other strange things that suddenly appeared. The website used to have a nice, clean look. I'm not sure what suddenly was changed. The index.html page also looked like this (I just found it with these strange lines) but I have the index.html page straighened out now, with the exception of that corner. I can't figure out what is causing that strange little white line in the corner. If I can get one page straightened out, I can go through and straighten the rest out, but at this point, I'm lost as to what suddenly was changed on the website. I appreciate any and all help.     - frontpage2003 changes links If it helps, I use frontpage2003 and XP Home. When I change the location of a HTML on my computer, frontpage automatically changes hyperlinks that are linked to images. for example if on a webpage i have a link to a image to in that same folder, and then i take that folder and take it to a different computer or location. Front page changes the link to the image so that the link is still pointing to the image. I know this is a great feature but the thing is..How can I stop this from happening (atleast sometimes.     - Frontpage 2003 page size problem Greetings all, I'm having a problem when I try to resize the page i'm working on. I'll go to view>page size>select my size and this doesn't seem to work. It'll bring up big blue boxes on the side and mess the whole page design up. It's pretty much changing it to what size it wants which is 1005xsomething.. any ways to get the size I want?     - How to - fill in 3 blanks on a page then go to another page ?? We want to setup a single web page with 3 blank fields... like... .. Category ... Name ... Code Based on what the user inputs into those 3 fields... we open a specific web page. The Category could be a folder... The Name and Code would be added together (concatanated) to be the name of a specefic file... like... NameCode.htm. NameCode.htm could be in the category folder... Regardless...     - does mp3 work with frontpage 2003 I compressed an m3u to a wave file but it is far too long in downloading. So I compressed into an mp3 file. It is on my desktop, and I can play it form there.     - drop down menu I am not sure if FrontPage has an easy way of doing this or if it is something that would need to be hand coded. What I would like to do is have a dropdown of options from a menu button on our site. I have several menu buttons across the front of our site and I would like to make other options drop down from one of those buttons when a person hovered or clicked the button.     - Preview of my new page i works, when the sites live, it doesn't? I am the 5th person to take over our school district web page, so I really don't know what's been done in the past.     - Validation failure Using FP2003 SP3 In an unrelated thread I have been told that my site at www.sandiwaygolf.co.uk/ does not validate. I have the Mozilla Firefox HTML Tidy add-in installed and for my home page that reports, rather surprisingly to me, no errors and no warnings.     - Some Front Page Fodlers Not Visible in "Folder List" I have seen this question before but not received an answer. If I open frontpage and view the folders on the left, only about 1/2 of the folders are actually showing. Thus, there are folders that are not visible. However, you can clearly see them in Windows Explorer. You can also see them from the File Open or Instert Image or any other navigation type box. It is just the "Folder List" where there are some missing folders. I downloaded and ran the FPCleaner, re-calcualted Hyperlinks, and Refreshed but they are still not showing up. But, for my Index page when I specify the Link Bars Style "A style based on the theme of the page' it shows fine on local, but not on remote. When I publish the Link Bars Styles shows I think 'An HTML style where each link is separated by a vertical line', which is not what I specified.     - Uploading a Searchable Catalog Hello!! I am new to FrontPage and web design, and need some help!! I currently finished designing a 72 page business product catalog in Microsoft Publisher 2003. Included are over 2,000 images. My boss wants me to add the catalog to FrontPage, and he also eventually wants a search box added to the website to quickly and easily locate any of the catalog products by typing in their product number. Normally, I have been saving each catalog page as a jpeg file and uploading it to FrontPage, but I don't believe this is the best or most efficient way. Is there a way to create a type of photo gallery of the catalog?? Something that can be viewed easily by others online? Rather than clicking page by page to see?? A PDF file, maybe? I am looking for the best way to save on website space as well as preserve the quality of my images. Also, what is the best way for me to prepare my website for product look-up (searches)?     - Set up Remote Web Server I maintain a web site for a client. They moved to a new server and I can no longer access the remote web site, which is how I move files back and forth. They provided me with a new password, but I am not even able to get that far. I'm running Front Page 2003, but I suspect they have not enabled Front Page extensions on the new server.     - Website not displaying correctly on clients computer Hi, I've just uploaded the following website: www.churchgateauctions.co.uk It displays fine on my computer but on my clients the blue box is expanded and shows two blue boxes and there is a thin line with runs through the three boxes at the bottom of the screen. The only thing that I can think of is that the text size is somehow being altered on my clients computer. However, I've check the text size and we are both viewing the text as medium.     - Database Query and extensions verified, no records, no error It seems so simple.... Verified database and query. simplified and with various approaches, the wizard "sees' the tables and fields. Tried simply retrieving Top 25 with no form field matching conditions. Suppose to return "No records found", but doesn't (and shouldn't). Just a row of column headers without any records. Posting to SQL Server 2000 with server extensions using Frontpage 2000. Opening saved ASP page with browser after publishing to server.     - Changing Title Tags in Template I purchased a template from Frontpage template.com. It has major problems - one being that you can't change the title tags on any templates.     - Can't edit photogalleries on local site My photo galleries look OK on the remote web site, but now don't preview correctly on the local web site and I can't edit them. When I open the .htm page where the photogallery should be there are no pictures, just a message e.g. [photogallery/photo00028113/real_p.htm] If I then go to the photogallery folder, open the photogallery and click on the real htm icon I can view the photographs OK. But I can't edit the photogallery like before. How can I restore the photogallery to editable form please? I have tried to copy the remote back to local, but that made no difference.
