I use Publisher in Office 2007 to develop my Web site. Two questions:
1. Is there any advantage in using the latest version of Front Page (I guess
2003)?
2, If I had Front Page, could I copy all my work in Publisher to Front Page?
Or would I have to start all over with Web site design?

Yes.

No.
Absolutely not.
Web pages created with publisher are totally incompatible with FrontPage.
You would need to start over with FrontPage, or Expression Web, or SharePoint designer
which replace FrontPage.
