FrontPage 2003 on opening shows box Wait while Windows configures

Hi. I have just installed FrontPage 2003 software and product key. However,
on trying to open the program there is quite a long delay and a box is shown
which says 'Please wait while Windows configures program'

What's going on? Is it installed correctly? Please help if you can.
