But if it is published on the web, wouldn't a simple reference in the Email
do the trick?
I do this with birthday cards. I set up a folder in my web, add a card with
greetings and a few pictures, and then email the recipient (e.g fred) a
single line:-
Here is your birthday card
http://tandcl.homemail.com.au/fred-card.html
