Themes just control the appearance of the site (and navigation)
Drag your page file from Folder List on to the Navigation View under the page you want it to be a child of
- if it won't allow you to, make sure the page is already not in the nav view (they can only be added once)

|I am using Frontpage 2003 and I am having trouble making one of my pages
| branch off to a child level page. I have my website with all the links in
| the navigation bar, but I can't add sub links to one of the tabs. I've tried
| to go to the navigation view and add an exisiting page, but it won't let me
| have that option (I can't click on it). I am using a theme that was provided
| by Frontpage - could that be the problem?
