I just recently rebuilt our server ground up, we switched from SBS 03 to
Server 03, Exchange 2003 w/SP's installed was setup and email seems to be
working fine. The issue is the Online Web Access page is not loading at
all... I checked in the IIS/defaultwebsite and all the extensions and files
seem to be in place but when you try to bring up the site I just get a Error
404. I don't know what to do.

Hi,

Start by getting OWA to work without SSL (use only HTTP).

Do you get the logon prompt?

Hi,

Any errors logged in the application log when trying to use OWA?

You are trying to connect to http://exchangeservername/exchange right?

This might help:

OK, I went through the Repair steps from the tutorial you posted.. OWA is
working! However its working only on the internal side.. when I test it
externally I get to the OWA login page and when I click login, I get an HTTP
400 error.
