Hi !
Having problem with installing exchange 2007 on a second 2008 server. Get a
message that it can not find the domain controller. The first guest server
is promoted to a DC and the second is a member server. Both is 2008 ent.

Anyone having this problem?

Thanks for answers?

Make sure the three virtual servers can communicate with each other. It is
possible the virtual networks are not cnofigured correctly. Try to ping the
DC, run a tracert, map a drive, etc from the Exchange server.

Thanks for the answer, the problem was only me, I did't read enough
instructions in the installation guide. ldifed.exe had to be installed
først!
..................
But now I have a different problem, passing through the install process and
at the end. When installing mailbox role.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Error:
An error occurred while creating the IIS viritual directory .....*
and
Could not load the file or assembly ...*
-----------------------------------------------------------------

What is the problem here?

Thanks for any help!

Would be great that if you could write down the exact error. I believe
that its the CAS role thats causing problems here. My guess would be
to uninstall CAS role from the box / Active directory / registry
completely. However, please write down the exact error first to check
what can be done better here
