I'm having a problem upgrading from beta2 to 2003 FCS.
everytime I try the "Re-install" option, it tells me that
it cannot re-install from the enterprise version to the
standard version. Apparently the beta was the enterprise
version, but the purchased version I have is standard.

Does anyone have a solution (such as changing a registry
entry) that would allow the install program to install the
standard version over the enterprise version without
losing any of my configuration information?

Thanks,

Jeff

I do not believe their is an upgrade path from Beta versions. You might
have better luck doing a clean install of Exchange 2003 and just importing
or copying the Exchange databases to retrieve your mail. But this may not
work either if the databases are for Enterprise version. I would contact
Microsoft or just Exmerge your mailboxes.
