Open the Recipient Policy again.
Set the new SMTP address as Primary.
If you want to remove the old domain completely you can do that now too.
If it asks you if you want to apply to all users, say yes. if it doesn't,
right click the policy and say Apply Now. Say yes to applying to all users.
Jump up one folder to Recipient Update Services, right click the RUS
services and Update Now.
Wait a bit.
