I have a 2000 AD and everything is fine with it.
My question is whether I should upgrade the AD to 2003.
Most of the doc's include the procedure but they don't say
it is required....is it? Where can i find the best
procedure for doing this? I read two conflicting ways...

one is to bring a new 2003 DC up and move the FSMO roles

the other required ADPrep and a Schema master upgrade to
2k3....

thoughts of the best Way(only if it is required) would be
greatly appreciated

ADPrep should be sufficient for installing Exchange 2003 in a Windows 2000
Active Directory. Basically ADPREP expands the schema to allow for the 2003
objects. You will still be using your Windows 2000 Domain Controllers.
