Talk with your ISP. Your Exchange server is most likely already geared
to accept the messages and your firewall can be changed to accept SMTP
(TCP 25)
The ISP will give you the option of a catchall POP3 mailbox that your
Exchange can collect messages from or they can create the DNS records
that send all the mail to you directly. Choose the latter if you can,
although you'll need a static IP address or take another service from
one of the dynamic DNS providers.
