To be honest you should have Googled a bit first and then posted a
problem if you found one after following the articles.
See:

Which will offer you help.

Hi Mark,

I managed to configured the Win2003 CA get it up and running but with a
little problem in
RPC-over-https. I am running single exchange 2003 server.
internal domain name= exchange.company.local
FQDN= mail.company.com

I did a few tests as follows:
1. OWA https://mail.company.com/exchange - working perfectly via WAN & LAN
2. Internally, I did outlook.exe /rpcdiag and it showed positive result too.

Problem, when I tried to access RCP over WAN, failed. what could be wrong or
missed?

Thank you so much.

Do you get any certificate errors when trying to access OWA in WAN? If so,
should be related to certificate.
