OWA 2003 only working internally

hie

i am having a hard time with my OWA 2003. all clients can access it
internally but it gives an "HTTP 404 Not found" error when using it
externally. i have tried to recreate the six directories but doesn't
change anything. i can get the logon screen and after you login you
get the error. My setup is there is an ISA 2004 server and then
Exchange 2003 server. Any ideas what else i need to change

Accessing is over HTTP internally and HTTPS externally or does HTTPS
work on from the inside as well?
If it does you might well need to be having a 2nd look at the ISA to
make sure it's going to the right place.
