All Exmerge does is to create a PST from the user's mailbox with some
additional information that is required to merge into any other (in your
case the new) Exchange org.
The steps are as follows (basically 2 steps that can be performed seperately
ot combined):
1. Use Exmerge to extract items from mailboxes (you can do more than one
at a time). This action leaves the original mailbox intact in case you want
to roll back.
2. Use Exmerge to populate the new mailbox.
