2003 and 5.5 New mailboxes in ad not showing in 5.5

I have an old 5.5 and a new 2003. I could create mailboxes in AD on the new
server and they would appear in the 5.5 list of recipients. Not happening
now. Users on the 5.5 can not see the 2003 servers new mailboxes in the
global catalog. I can migrate from the 5.5 to the 2003 and all is fine.

What do I need to look for.

Have you run the ADCTools to setup your User Connection Agreements? You
might try running these again as it is possible there have been changes in
your organization that are causing the problem. Running them again
shouldn't do any harm to your organization.
