I am looking in my mail queues i see

Connector for cc:mail(server name) however i dont run cc:mail at all. it
shows up in with an exclamation point and an error down below that says:

"exchange system manager failed to retrieve queues for the mapi connector
(error code = 0x8004011D). Check the even log and verify that the required
services are running"

i get event viewer errors related to this connector also. how can i get rid
of it?

Hi,

And you don't have a cc:mail connector configured?

Well its for connecting to ccmail. Insert the Exchange server CD, go to
change and remove the ccmail connector. If you're running Exchange 2000 on a
vanilla install you'll also have the msmail connector too which can go if
you don't link to an msmail post office too.
