Hi,

I am looking for a way to push the exchange settings via group policy
or mst file to all user to setup their outlook client to connect to
exchange.

Ideally I want to create a new profile (preserve existing profile) and
use their AD credential along with exchange client settings.

Anyone know a way to do this via group policy, mst file etc?

What settings?
What version of Outlook?
Vendors have made a very good living out of selling profile automation
and configuration software to date, which should rather tell you
something.
Outlook 2007 has gone a long way to automating basic configurations.
