I am setting OWA with the internal certificate. I have also set up my ISA to
listen to to the external IP address. I have installed certificate on both
ISA and Exchange 2003 server and I have published the Web publisher on ISA.
Accessing internally using <https://www.myserver.com/exchange> is OK but from
Internet it says "Page cannot be displayed" and DNS error. My ISA is a member
server and is a part of another domain separated from the domain where the
Exchange 2003 server. Do I need to intall the certificate on the DC where ISA
resides?. I have found out that my ISA does not listen to port 443 and 80 and
8080 (from NETSTAT) command. Could you please assist?

If you trying to access your server by IP name (not IP address), make sure
that you have public DNS configured properly

DNS is configured properly as when I ping the DNS name which is the name in
the certificate it returns the right IP address.

Try to enable live log on ISA server from public IP of your client and use
telnet IP_address_of_your_listener 443

WhenTelnet to 443 cannot connect. Logs does not tell anything about the
connection. Do you have any other ideas please?

When you trying to connect to any ip of isa server and isa denies
connection, it will be in isa server logs anyway. Check your live log
(monitoring) settings, start it and try again

I have enabled the log and could see the entry of my attempt accessing in the
log. It is still unsuccessful with an error message "Page cannot be
displayed", "Cannot find server or DNS error". I have telneted from Internet
to port 443 and my OWA listening OK. I have also called my ISP to check the
firewall for HTTPS and they told me that HTTPS is not blocked. Could you
please help again?
