You can also do one more thing:
=> Create 4 personal folders in outlook. Each personal folder file is a PST
file
=> Move different folders of the user's mailbox into different personal
foders and balance the load in such a way that each PST file has 1.5GB.
=> On the destination end, you can use outlook again and upload each of the
PST file and move it back to the mailbox.
