installation order exchange 2003 sp2 and windows 2003 sp1

Hi,
I always wait a bit before I install a service pack because I want all the
bugs to be found. Well I think I've waited long enough on these.

I have windows 2003 enterprise and wish to upgrade to sp1...but also on this
server I have exchange 2003 enterprise sp1. So, which order should I install?
I'm thinking this order:

1. backup of course then...
2. stop all exchange services
3. install win 2k3 sp1, reboot
4. install kb 898060 , reboot
5. remove imf v. 1
6. install exchange sp2, reboot
7. install Exchange 2003 kb 894549 and reboot...

Is this the correct order?
Is there something I'm missing?
